We pick one workflow at a time. The diagnostic surfaces a candidate, the fit call confirms it, and we ship a fixed-scope build in 7–10 days for most engagements. No retainer auto-starts. No new scope gets added mid-build without a separate conversation.

We say so on the call. The diagnostic surfaces a candidate workflow, but the fit call is where we confirm it. If the workflow does not have enough frequency, effort, or revenue impact to justify automating, we tell you directly instead of building something that will not pay off.

Do you ever do a build for free, to prove fit?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. For a small number of qualifying engagements, we run a Pilot Build — one lean workflow, shipped end-to-end inside two weeks at no cost, in exchange for a documented case study. We mention this on the fit call when the situation fits. It is not a public offer and not something every prospect qualifies for.

Will automation replace someone on my team?

The workflows we target are the ones consuming hours without producing growth — manual data entry, copying between tools, repetitive follow-ups. Removing that work tends to free people up for the work that does require human judgment. We are not in the headcount-reduction business.

Do I need technical skills to use what you build?

No. We build inside the tools you already use, so the workflow runs in the background of your existing stack. We hand over documentation and a short walkthrough so anyone on your team can monitor or pause it.

Will this work with the tools we already have?

Usually, yes. The most common tools — CRMs, email, spreadsheets, accounting, scheduling, file storage — all have integration points we can use. On the fit call we confirm the specific tools in your workflow before committing to a build.

How long until the build is live?

Most builds ship within 7–10 days of the fit call. Simple workflows can be live in a few days. More complex ones — many tools, custom logic — take longer, and we tell you that up front rather than missing a deadline.

What happens after the first build?

Accepted Answer

Nothing automatic. You use the build in production. If it earns its place, we have a conversation about what to automate next — usually as another fixed-scope project or a small monthly engagement. If it does not, there is nothing to cancel.
